He won't spend money unless if he is gonna earn more money with it.

Sheldon J. Plankton

The tiny antagonist who continually plots to steal the secret Krabby Patty formula from the Krusty Krab, running the unsuccessful Chum Bucket restaurant.

Expert in being an evil genius.
